Our user management, while robust does not cover some very core functionality.

MVP:

Archive a user
- Archiving a user will optionally allow the user to maintain access (via their GitHub account) to their evaluations but will remove any notes which may contain sensitive data.
View archived users
Unarchive a user
View unused invitations
Revoke an invitation

Full Feature:

Paginated users
Filter/search for users
Improve design/user experience
