Simple character backstory generation #2

A backstory generator should generate following things on roundstart:

Friends among crew - it should pick one or few other players as friends, and pick a simple pre-written backstory for the friendship (school friends, served together in the army, etc.)
Conflicts with other crewmembers - such as a stolen item (it should actually exist in character's inventory), or simply an insult, or a fight, or something along the line

These relationships should be shown in character's memory tab and announced to player at a roundstart via dedicated popup window.
