Change top-left icon to a click button instead of hover

Description

Currently top-left icon that shows info about the host has few problems:

1. doesn't work on mobile because you can't hover
2. when you go to this icon and click by habit it quickly opens then closes. so intuitive thing is to click again, but that doesn't open it, then you move away, move back in and try not to click by habit or you have to do that again.

Ideally it would be a clickable icon as the others on the left, with a hand pointer.
Alternatively you can make it hover with addition that click doesn't close it if it's already open and click opens it if it's closed (for mobile).
