Current Behavior

Contracts Tab: when using the left or right arrows in the top right the scroll bar does not move

Expected Behavior

when you select one of the left or right buttons (these should probably be up or down buttons rather than left or right) the scroll bar on the right stays where it is so if you were at the bottom when you use the left or right button to change pages it stays at the bottom. It should move the scroll bar back to the top of the scroll limits so you are looking at the top of the next page.
