templates not showing anymore

Issue summary

Hi, if i run npm init @shopify/app@latest i dont get any prompt for the templates (except for the remix). also the shopify cli documentation contains instructions about using "--flavor" (doesn't work) or "--template" (doesn't work either) to specify the choosed template.

• @shopify/shopify-app-express version: 3.0.0
• Node version: v20.8.1
• Operating system: macOS ventura 13.5.2 (chip m1)

Expected behavior

be able to choose this template as i create a new app using the command line

Actual behavior

no way to choose this template

I am also getting the above behavior. node v18.12.1 , OS: Ubuntu 20.04
