Many currencies with "centime" as subunit define subunit_to_unit as 1 #354

From the name "centime", it is reasonable to expect that subunit_to_unit would be 100.

Here are the currency codes I'm questioning:

In some cases, at least according to Wikipedia, the subunit is theoretical, has been phased out, or never issued. However, the definition still remains.
