[Feature request]: PDF: Allow dividing assets list into separate tables based on the category

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe?

The items as they are appearing now in the PDF are somewhat random sorted. Given the example of a film equipment rental, I would expect to have a checkbox "Generate individual table per category" which would give me:

Camera Equipment

• Item 1
• Item 2

Lighting Equipment

• Item 1
• Item 2

It would be much easier to check out and back the equipment when it's not sorted randomly.

hey @apvlv . Great suggestion. We will look into it as its a pretty straight forward thing to do in terms of dev.
