appveyor integration not working + vs17 error #232

appveyor integration has been broken for quite some time. we reactivated it but the script does not find the current boost.

also there is as issue that shark fails to build on visual studio because of a compiler bug.

appveyor seems to be doing its thing again.

I cannot run RFTrainer.cpp, there are many problems.
