Multiple recipients? Groups?

Please cover how multiple recipients are handled. I have tried using email addresses, separated by semicolons, but only some of the recipients are granted access, with no errors returned. BTW, this is after I've first removed all permissions.

Would also like to know how to grant access to a SharePoint group. Specifically, I need to grant "Everyone except external users" read access.

Based on your description, this appears to be a feature request rather than a bug. Specifically:

Support for reliably handling multiple recipients when granting access (e.g., using semicolon-separated email addresses).

The ability to grant access to well-known SharePoint groups like "Everyone except external users" programmatically.

These capabilities are currently either undocumented or not fully supported in the existing API behavior. We recommend submitting this as a formal feature request to help prioritize it for future updates.
