how to use LoadingHoC.txt

to use LoadingHoC (Loading high order component)

import LoadingHoC form shared components folder and instaniate 
a LoadingComponent out side a class

for example:

const LoadingComponent = LoadingHoC(ComponentToRender)

class CompEx extends React.Component{
    ...
    return (
        <LoadingComponent isLoading={this.state.loading} other props for "ComponentToRender" go here like they were in the normal one/>
    );
}

isLoading prop must be passed to enable the behaviour of the loading component
