[bug] QAM chord does not function properly when using Nintendo Button Layout #237

Affects xbox-series, xbox-elite, ds5 and ds5-edge. I did not test xb360. deck driver is of course unaffected.

QAM chord sends guide+south when Steam client expects guide+east in Nintendo button layout.

Probably unsurprisingly, using Nintendo button layout also breaks OSK chording for devices that use it (such as Win600 or ROG Ally/Ally X).
