Slackbot points to remain at 9001 #20

Implement a BR or something to allow points to be given to @slackbot, but don't actually increment the number.

e.g. very late before BR, that only applies to pointsthing user, where it always sets the value to 9001.

Or, just a thought - just disqualify slackbot from showing up on the leaderboard at all?
