Add ability to select whether to use Contains or starts with for BadName checks.

If a bad names check is implemented for overview, would one option to control how both title and overview are searched be fine? Or do you imagine separate options for each field?

I was thinking just use the same bad names field. That is how I implemented it on my local copy
