bug: OSINT tab duplicate results on tab switching

Current Behavior

In the scan findings, when you switch from OSINT tab to other tab, then switch again to OSINT results are duplicated

Normal view

Switch few times from other tab to OSINT tab gives this result

Expected Behavior

Do not duplicate elements
