Current Behavior

According to the latest change on first endpoint detection #238 there's some bug remaining, like scan by IP not working well
Some tests/fix are needed

Expected Behavior

First endpoint should be correctly detected for hostname or IP

Steps To Reproduce

  1. Run scan on IP

Environment

- reNgine: 2.1.1
- OS: debian 12
- Python: 3.10
- Docker Engine: 
- Docker Compose: 
- Browser:

Anything else?
