[Suggestion] Finish the Hall of Ktulu

The Hall of Ktulu is an unfinished place, accessible only through administrative commands. I suggest we finish the place, reusing creatures from other dungeons, such as Undersea Castle and Caverns of Poseidon, with a boss named Ktulu and perhaps even with the presence of Poseidon and other mythological characters related to the sea. The entrance could be made through a portal located in Caverns of Poseidon that currently redirects the player randomly to Sosaria and the exit could direct the player to the Cavern of the Deep Ones

I love this idea, but it's a massive undertaking relative to the bug fixes we've been working on. It may take quite some time before it's in a position to be worked on, but I do support it. Thank you for making this suggestion.
