[suggestion] Hiking books missing from tribute items and legendary artifacts

Not having these really limits the options of boot slots for monster races.

LevelHikingBoots and GiftHiking boots would need to be created and added to LegendsBook and ManualOfItems

Places that check for HikingBoots would need to be extended to check for these versions as well. Though really those checks should be consolidated into calls to a single utility function instead of being everywhere in the code.
