[Bug] When I opened a dungeon door, another one appeared underneath that was impossible to open #127

I was clearing Dracula's crypts when I came across an unusual situation: when I opened one of the dungeon doors, another one appeared, which I couldn't do anything to open, so that part of the dungeon became inaccessible to me. As a workaround, I left Dracula's castle and came back (I lost a few minutes going through the entire dungeon again) and the door was reset, so I was able to finish the last rooms of it.

Is this something you can reproduce consistently? I've clicked in every door in the castle here and couldn't get this to happen. Walking past them also didnt trigger this

I frequently notice a similar thing happen on the doors to the crypt just east of Britain. However, in that case, the clone doors are able to be opened and closed. I wonder if there's something wrong with spawn points for doors in certain locations that create these duplicates?
