New players often get confused by this interface, since it doesn't make it very clear that by pressing ok you will lose stats, fame and karma and by clicking cancel you will need to find a healer or a shrine to resurrect. I suggest we change the buttons to something like "Yes, I want to be resurrected immediately (lose stats, karma and fame)" and "No, I want to find a healer or shrine to resurrect myself (lose gold)" (or even if it's yes or no, it would be better than ok and cancel). The text could even be simplified because of this, since it would be more direct to the point. It's not a bug, but it seems to me to be an UX issue, as the behavior of the buttons is counterintuitive (ok is bad instead of good).

Alternatively, we can fix just the message. I think the big problem is that the buttons don't really match the text, so it's confusing what the player should do. If we improve the text, we won't have to mess with the buttons. For example, I wrote this based on Gods of Men. I think it's clearer and more immersive:
Suddenly, your vision turns gray, the monsters stop attacking you, and all the pain disappears. You turn around and look at your inert body. Distressed, you walk aimlessly, looking for help, until you hear a voice from above: "Do not fear, my child, for the gods have heard your cries. We are with you all the time. We will give you the opportunity to return to your body, but some sacrifice will be necessary. We give you two options: you can resurrect now, but lose part of your fame, karma, and skills, or go to a shrine and pray for us to be merciful. In both cases, you will have to sacrifice part of your wealth, to prove that there is something more that you value in your life besides this. Let me know if you want to resurrect now. If you refuse, we will show you the way to the nearest shrine."
