please allow us to define an initial frame by tag. This is useful as adding new frames to the animation wouldn't mess with the order anymore.
Use different animations, but then the sprite can't be used as an icon set anymore for example.
Allow us to set the initial frame by tag at edit time via the sprites properties.
Currently we can only set it by frame index, which leads to the frame changing if we add or remove animation frames.
