Verify use of trafik in BE CI

Summary

As mentioned in the following PR #1624, it is unclear if the service trafik specified in the CI/e2e/docker-compose.e2e.yaml] is used and necessary or not. We should review the docker compose and verify if it is in used, otherwise remove it and simplify the CI
