Summary
Keywords should not be turned into lowercase
Steps to Reproduce
Navigate to a dataset details page, press the edit button and start to enter keywords. Each new keyword is turned lowercase.
Current Behaviour
When you add keywords via the web frontend keyword values are turned lowercase
Expected Behaviour
Keywords should keep the character cases as entered by user
