Datetime is a bit of a pain to import, having this simplified would make this nice for the students

AC:

  • Review Python's datetime module (i.e. creating a date right now, creating a specific date, creating times, etc.)
  • Propose new simplified way for students to use (post ideas in Slack #library chat)
  • Add implementation
  • Add unit tests
  • Add documentation
