Modify Footer

We need to add new features to the footer of the current version of the website.

The idea is to make it as similar as possible to the footer of the Open Source Day - Repo

We need to add:

• Privacy and permissions
• DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion)
• Code of conduct*
• Add prompt to reporting a bug if found.

• If the code of conduct should be moved to the footer, I think the best would be to remove it completely from the header.

For any doubts regarding this issue do not hesitate to ask questions!
