MN reward (tx) timestamps aren't right #14

Can you reliably reproduce the issue? yes

If so, please list the steps to reproduce below:

Close wallet (which has a MN configured)
After a certain amount of time, let's say 4h open the wallet again
You'll see MN transactions coming in with the same date/time

Expected behavior

transactions should have a different timestamp based on the block which contains it

Actual behavior

transaction timestamp is from when the wallet synced the transaction

2.0.2

Machine specs:

OS: Windows 10 64bit
CPU: Intel i7
RAM: 16GB
Disk size: 256GB
Disk Type (HD/SDD): SSD
