Recently the forum went down and we almost lost everything as we haven't taken the latest backup. Also backups are stored locally to the VM, so we need automation rules to backup to GDrive regularly.

rclone installed (open-source synchronizing platform)
Setup for daily cloud backup at 1230 UTC
backup location /forumbackups/backups
forum auto-backup setting updated

the backup frequency will be daily
the daily backup will occur @ 0930 UTC
maximum backups index changed to 14 (two weeks backup)

[CRITICAL] Take a forum cloud backup to proceed with the #40 task.

Create a backup, run the rclone command and download the latest backup locally

after the completion update #40

Set the forum to read-only mode before taking the backup
