I think it may be a good idea to log the last time a backup has been tested.
That way, we can eventually schedule some notifications every [x] time reminding users to test backup.
Is there any downside to this?

Could be displayed in the backup best practices page, since this page will always be displayed first when a user clicks on "backup" or "test backup"
If backup was never tested, replace [time] by "never tested"
