Describe the task
This issue includes all warnings that need addressing to meet the WGAC2 guidelines at AAA standards.

The warnings flagged by HTML CodeSniffer are:

• Contrast check on all text over the header image (ratio must meet 4.5:1 for all auxiliary text and 3:1 for all header information)
• Set a background colour to use in lieu of header image for high contrast & inversion
• Icons are ignored by Assistive Tech - this is correct but needs a mention in blog post about site
• Check contrast on all icons - test on inversion & high contrast
