What is the issue for?

Accessibility Testing

Describe the task
This issue includes all warnings that need addressing to meet the WGAC2 guidelines at AAA standards.

The warnings flagged by HTML CodeSniffer are:

Contrast check on all text over the header image (ratio must meet 4.5:1 for all auxiliary text and 3:1 for all header information)
Set a background colour to use in lieu of header image for high contrast & inversion
Icons are ignored by Assistive Tech - this is correct but needs a mention in blog post about site
Check contrast on all icons - test on inversion & high contrast
