Hide the values in the applicant priority column and applicant column (på samme måte som antall krysset på rekenett), so that people can avoid to see this information if they want, or so that admins on this level can hide the information from others.

Add column which indicates what is missing to complete the application process.
Something like a "Progress column" which contains something like "(1/4) application process actions completed", when only interview place is set and "2/4 application process actions completed" when time and place has been set. When Time, place, priority and status has set the applications process actions are 4/4.

Make the header of the tables visible when the table is empty. The tables are empty when no applicants have "status".
This might involve changing the table component, which will have an effect on all empty tables. That's not a bad thing.
