Setup a config file for axios, focus on fetching file names

Axios has limits in exposed headers, and when downloading files such as CSV request it does not download directly and needs some assistance in backend. The problem is that file names that are calculated and sent in request, is not recieved in frontend due to protection of recieved headers, this may need to be disabled
