SelectOption display carried over

For some reason when updating state and removing an item from a list with options, the display will be carried over to the same index on updating of state. This is only visual and does not affect the actual value of the entry

In picture an item at same index was set to called and accepted, but when updating list the new entry of same index will get the value

I don't understand the issue here. Is it these options (without names) you are referring to as removed?

Cloeses because #1369 solves the same thing and has been started on
