AdminUser should be able to delete translations and users. //Done
Super admin should be able to delete municipality and admin. //Done

Frontend

Show Delete action button in List as well as edit page of Users, Translations and Municipalities
On click of delete action button, trigger entity deletion of Users, Translations and Municipalities.
Redirect user to the list page of deleted entity's EntityType

Backend

Auth0 User should be suitably updated on Deletion of a user in BudgetPlanner app.
