  • Only Municipality Admin Users can perform Administration functionalities for a Municipality (Create regular users and same municipality admins and manage translations)
  • Only Super Admin can perform Administration of State (Creation of Municipality and its Admins)
  • Regular Users and Admins can do regular budget activities
  • Municipality Admin tab is shown only for Municipality Admin users.
  • SuperAdmin sees an option to choose a Municipality, for which he would like to create Admins for.
