GigaRender v0.3.1:

- encapsulated patch load sub-requests into WorkItem structure.
- organize WorkItems into different work queues each related to a different type of WorkItem(s).

- added Singleton class and applied it to the DXUTState class found in DXUT.cpp.

- Testing the project on a terrain data of 1 GB size.
- The TerrainPager class can is now enabled to perform tasks of mutiple WorkingSetWindow(s).
- Two separate cameras each has its own set of keys with the ability to switch between
them and control each.
- A 3D frustum model to visualize the camera movement and orientation as the controler moves
along the paged terrain.
GigaRender v0.1:

- Establishment version that loads a small set of terrain patches and the rest of the terrain
patches are paged as needed.
