Notifications - without permission

Hi,

first of all: thanks for the awesome project. I use it every day to keep track of a very important part of my life.

I have one question/issue: The app never asked me for permission to send notifications. That's not a problem for me technically. But the notifications I get on my smartphone are not reflected on my smart watch. Notifications of all other apps do appear there. And I think it is has something to do with that.

ChatGPT leads me something called "silent notifications", but I have no idea about it...
