ID/Passport
Money (usually 2 months deposit for first time renting + 1st month in advance)

Obs: Usually it takes around one month to find a house

Options

Furnished: House comes with everything related to furniture
Unfurnished: Hose usually comes with the kitchen but nothing else
Shell: House comes without the flooring/furniture, it can include the kitchen utensils, you are required to install it and remove/sell when you leave, not the best option to pick as first house
