Requirements:

1. Make an appointment either on the Spanish consulate or in Spain - For Valencia, new times are usually released on Friday around 9 AM.
2. Fill Form EX-15
3. Fill Form 790 and pay, you need to pay it in a Bank in advance, you can find a random NIE number on the internet if it asks for it.

• Can be used to get a job contract (still need the vista/passport)
• Can be used to rent a place
• Can be used to buy a house
• Can be used to open an account on N26
• You don't need a valid visa

Green

Requirements:

1. Make an appointment on the correct Police Office depending on where you live Spain
2. Fill Form EX-18
3. Bring Passport, Empadronamiento and Extra required documents depending on your case
4. Fill Form 790 and pay, you need to pay it in a Bank in advance, you can find a random NIE number on the internet if it asks for it.

• Can be used to open a bank account in any bank, I recommend OpenBank.
