Are there any plans to use rust stable?

Basically just the title, I have a system which rust do not provide precompiled nightly binaries for, and it would be nice to be able to use blink.cmp, but I am block on it needing rust nighly.

Unfortunately no, the fuzzy matching library requires nightly since we use portable_simd. The plugin ships with prebuilt binaries if you're on a release tag (via version = "*" in lazy.nvim) and a supported system. Would it then perhaps be possible to provide fully statically linked binaries for musl? that way the musl provided binary would be able to run on any system.
