描述

macOS下删除掉VPN后，再通过sing-box新建VPN无法访问网页，即便直连的网站都无法访问，APP能正常访问，除非重装系统

重现方式

在macOS，VPN中将sing-box初次建立的VPN删除，再通过sing-box的UI添加VPN，就能重现
