Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Create a very high level screen capture video (1-2 minutes) of the Dashboard to show users where things are are located and the purpose of each tab and feature in the dashboard -- this will be the last item for this milestone.

@rrchai I am not sure, but there might be something similar to React Tour/JoyRide but for Shiny?
