TinyMCE copy-paste doubling up in quiz

Hi,

Not sure if this is a bug.
Copy-paste in quiz+SEB with Tiny editor doubles up the text copied. Atto editor will copy-paste as usual.

Steps:

1. set up quiz with essay type question (we use a SEB template, for this case the relevant config is 'Clipboard policy set to 'SEB only')
2. sign in with test user, start quiz attempt.
3. Type in answer field, then copy paste. i.e 'Hello world' pastes as 'Hello worldHello world'

Tested in 2 moodle instances, one instance is stripped down from most plugins.
Tested 'Allow' and 'Block' options in config tool just in case. Nothing wrong.

Can email the logs if needed.

Thanks for the report. The issue has already been reported once (see #890) but we didn't get feedback related to whether this might be an issue in the editor or not. We'll try to reproduce the problem once time permits, which likely may not be before the week after next.

The browser log could probably be helpful, if you could provide it.

Hi @dbuechel thanks for the reply and sorry for the delay. Attached are a couple of the Browser logs, not much in there, hope it could help.
1 log with Tiny and another with Atto editor.
