変換自体は並列実行が出来なくてもダウンロードだけは並列に実行する
あるいは
変換中にもダウンロードは２スレッド別に実行する
ということが可能にしたい。
ダウンロード自体はCPUへの負荷がそれほどないのでサーバー負荷だけ配慮すればいい
