This looks better with #23, but the container on the right side doesn't force the text wrap, while in chrome I do get text wrapping of the tooltip over there.

On Firefox, the tooltip now looks like this:

Must be something with the dx/dy offsets of the texts and tspans that Firefox doesn't accept for placing SVG elements.
