Linking HTML

When linking my HTML for Assignment 3, I notice that none of the graphs appears in the HTML page that opens when the link is clicked. Is there a way to fix this?

When you knit to html, there should be a folder created that contains image files that are displayed in your html document.

I would check that this folder of images is also being pushed to your github repo, otherwise the html file cannot "find" these images.

@iamurphy Can you provide a URL to the rendered HTML file, and perhaps its source on GitHub? That would help us diagnose the problem.
