Added installation options

Hello, could you please add an installation option for sqliteCpp, I don't want to install sqliteCpp when I use a static library and join my project

hi, i am only learning myself, but after you have configured the build with cmake look in build/cmake_install.cmake
line 5 sets the path where the library will be installed (CMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX) when cmake install is ran after building.
this is common for all cmake built projects (usually).

then you would need to add this path to your project's include paths to use SQLiteCpp headers and library.
