Descrição

Foi visto a necessidade de criar um CONTRIBUTING.md para o Frontend, seguindo o padrão do Backend

Exemplo:
SOS-RS/backend#151

Problema encontrado

Precisamos criar um CONTRIBUTING.md para o Frontend, isso irá promover um padrão parecido com o Backend.

Prioridade

  • Baixa

Solução proposta

Criar um README baseado no que existe no backend, usando link abaixo como ref.
Exemplo:
SOS-RS/backend#151
