CDMI 2.0.0 - Fix title page to address ISO Comment #289

The title page needs to be updated to read, "SNIA Cloud Data Management Interface (CDMI™) Version 2.0"

Generate new build of the spec with the current date.

Upload to Causeway and publish on SNIA web site.
