Consider reading all file paths from a yaml configuration file which is specified on the command line (typically $SMI_ROOT/configs/default.yaml), rather than hard-coding paths under $SMI_ROOT/data

Affects:

  • dicompixelanon database and allowlist
  • easyocr
  • flair
  • tesseract
  • stanford_ner
