Tool for reviewing and resolving data in 'isolation tables'

When data is put into isolation tables we have no way of shifting it into live

Some kind of fancy tool for viewing the isolated data, understanding where the isolation exists (including in multi table hierarchies study-series-table). Then ultimately resolving the records by moving difinitive versions of the colliding records into live.
