Merging with ANT-iotjs-tizenrt

This repository includes IoT.js used in ANT framework.
As now, we have already developed segment-based memory allocator for IoT.js.
However, as the ANT's IoT.js version is different to one's of segment-based allocator, we had no choice but to maintain two separated repositories.

We need to merge this repository with ANT-iotjs-tizenrt.
It means also that ANT-iotjs supports both Linux and RTOS such as Tizen RT.
